This week I tried the sirtfood diet which is supposedly the diet Adele followed through her drastic weight loss journey. In this video I am only attempting phase one of the diet. I’m not a fan of fad diets but, in only a week I had some pretty nice results.

Sirtfood Diet:
Phase 1:
-Seven day “jump start”
-First 3 days calories are restricted to 1,000 per day: 1 meal/day & 3 green juices/day
-Days four through seven calories increased to 1,500: 2 meals/day & 2 green juices/day
